We did a bit of research and when we compared which service had the most problems it was a drop-off. Now, this had nothing to do with the quality and versatility of our services, rather it was down to poor planning on the client's side. People often forget to take traffic and general delays into account, and thus tell our drivers to pick them up later than they should. To avoid all this just call us a few days before booking the ride and our dispatcher will tell you what time after hearing all the information.
